Live365

Live365 has over 5000 stations - largely individuals playing themed music, using the Live365 service to distribute the content.
As far as access is concerned - there are 3 types of station:
General, Professional and VIP-only
There have been hundreds of Live365 stations (General and Professional) within the Reciva database for a long time - but this required some jiggery-pokery behind the scenes.
Since mid-June 2009 Reciva has had official integration with Live365, but only for a limited set of radio brands.
The first was Grace. Tangent was added in early August. The Roberts StreamTime is also live365 enabled, as are the Avox Indio radios.
Access to VIP-only stations requires a paid subscription to the Live365 service. Whilst the Reciva / Live365 relationship is still at an embryonic stage and therefore may well evolve in due course, be aware that users with the facility in Aug 09 have advised that if the VIP subscription is not paid, then radios are limited to 10 predefined (i.e. not user selected) stations within the radios 'My Live365' menu.
